Getting Started & Authentication
We use a secure one-time password (OTP) system for authentication. Enter your mobile phone number or email address on the login page, and we'll send you a verification code. Enter the code to access your account.
If you don't receive your OTP code within a few minutes, check your spam folder for emails or ensure your phone can receive SMS messages. You can request a new code by clicking 'Resend Code' on the verification page.
After your first login, you'll be guided through a 3-step onboarding process: mobile verification, profile completion (name, contact info, notification preferences), and address setup. Complete all steps to access your full dashboard.
Yes! You can choose to receive notifications via SMS or email, and opt in/out of promotional messages. Update these preferences in Settings > Personal Information.

Navigate to Settings from the main menu, then select 'Personal' to update your name, username, mobile number, email address, and notification preferences. Changes are saved automatically.
Go to Settings > Address to update your street address, city, state, and zip code. You can also specify if this is a business address. This information is used for service scheduling and communications.
You will need to call Peak Powersports to help you with this. Since we use these details to stay in touch with you about your service requests we want to ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of any page and select 'Sign out' from the dropdown menu.
Vehicle Management
From your dashboard or the Vehicles section, click 'Add Vehicle'. Enter your vehicle details including category (motorcycle, ATV, etc.), type, make, model, year, color, and any optional information like VIN or registration.
Required information includes vehicle category, type, and color. Optional details include name, make, model, year, registration number, VIN, trailer plate, and notes. More complete information helps our technicians provide better service.
Yes, you can edit any vehicle information at any time. Go to the Vehicles section, select the vehicle you want to modify, and click 'Edit Vehicle' to update the details.
There's no limit to the number of vehicles you can add to your account. Each vehicle can be managed separately for service requests and maintenance tracking.
Service Requests & Scheduling
From your dashboard or the Vehicles section, select the vehicle needing service and click 'Schedule Service'. Choose your service type (maintenance, repair, performance, or unsure), add a description, select priority level, and submit your request.
We offer four service categories: Maintenance (routine upkeep), Repair (fixing issues), Performance (upgrades and modifications), and Unsure (when you're not sure what type of service is needed). Our team will help determine the best approach.
Standard service follows our normal scheduling queue, while priority service gets expedited handling for urgent repairs or time-sensitive needs. Priority service may include additional fees.
Yes, when creating a service request, you can select multiple vehicles and specify different service types and notes for each vehicle in a single request.
If you winterized your vehicle with Peak Powersports we offer a special prioritization program to get you summerized fast. You will be prompted when adding watersports vehicles to a service request and if you qualify you can set the drop off date for summerization.
Service Status & Tracking
Your dashboard shows all active service requests with real-time status updates. Service progresses through stages: Requested → Scheduled → Received → In Progress → Completed → Ready for Pickup → Delivered.
Requested: We've received your request. Scheduled: Appointment confirmed. Received: Vehicle checked in. In Progress: Work is being performed. Completed: Work finished, awaiting final steps. Ready: Invoice prepared, ready for pickup. Delivered: Service complete.
Yes, you'll receive notifications (via your preferred method - SMS or email) when your service status changes, when estimates are ready for approval, and when your vehicle is ready for pickup.
You can cancel service requests that haven't been started yet. Contact us directly for requests that are already in progress, as cancellation policies may vary depending on work completed.
Estimates & Billing
After diagnosing your vehicle, our technicians will prepare a detailed estimate including parts, labor, and taxes. You'll receive a notification when the estimate is ready for your review and approval.
When you receive an estimate notification, you can review the details and either approve or decline the work. Approved estimates allow us to proceed with the service. Declined estimates will pause the work for further discussion.
Estimates have expiration dates to ensure pricing accuracy. If an estimate expires before approval you need to contact us and we'll review and may need to update pricing based on current parts costs and labor rates.
Taxes are calculated on taxable services and parts, including city (3.75%), state (2.9%), RTD (1.1%), and county (0.25%) taxes, which are automatically applied to your estimate and final invoice.
