straightline's 2004-07 lightweight silencers were designed for today's noise conscious states/providences in mind. they produce a lower tone with keeping peak volume similar to stock. lightweight silencers are sdi capable, and very easy to bolt on. was used on dyno for testing.

bolt on 8-9 hp at 7800 on your 2004 ski-doo 800 h.o. and 10+ at 8000 on your 05'-07' 800 h.o. power-tek. straightline's 800 pipe comes polished ceramic or black satin. the use of ceramic pipe does not require heat shields and has a great look. pipe was designed to go into the stock muffler or spi lightweight silencer. pipe has 2 small dents that do not affect performance.(click on the product webpage for a sound clip of this pipe)
