All of our twin pipe kits are rigerously tested over and over again to ensure that our customers will get solid and reliable horsepower gains. Each of our twin pipe kits are designed to fit without any major chassis modifications, they also come with complete installation instructions that include jetting/EFI specs if needed as well as clutching and tunning info.
Please Note: Twin pipes are not the best set-up for all applications! Ask our technicians which exhaust set-up will best suite your riding style and or conditions.~

All of our single exhaust systems, the Fat Daddy and the Chubby series undergo countless hours of testing and development combined with hours of design and fitting. We have taken the time necessary to produce the best single pipes for your machines. Here are some of the key benefits to using our single exhaust systems;

Quiet - You can expect stock sound levels while using the stock muffler.

Instructions - Each single exhaust system comes complete with a full instruction/set-up sheet which included jetting specifications if needed, clutch set-up suggestions, as well as full installation instructions.

Lightweight Canister Mufflers Lightweight Mufflers Our lightweight mufflers cut anywhere from 6 to 12 pounds depending on model! All of our mufflers are designed to reduce weight while keeping sound levels as low as possible. Our mufflers have more bark than stock units but we try not to make them too obnoxious. In other words, they won?t blow you off of your seat! We always have performance on our minds, our mufflers will either perform the same or better than the stock system. Our mufflers utilize the stock outlet location and require no major chassis modifications for installation. VForce Delta 3 Reed Valve System For Arctic Cat
Introducing the new VForce 3, by Moto Tassinari has continued to build upon their industry leading design that doubles the reed tip surface of a standard reed valve. The advantages of doubling the reed tip surface are numerous. On a VForce, with its less restrictive design, the reed petals only travel half the distance of a standard valve resulting in greater airflow through the entire RPM range and increasing reed petal life. Throttle response and horsepower is greatly increased with the addition of a VForce, however fuel economy is typically also greater, due to the efficiency of a VForce reed valve system. Exclusive to the VForce 3 is our patent pending snap together cage that utilizes symmetrical reed petals, eliminating the need for different "inner" and "outer" replacement petals. Also new is the patent pendind reed tip shape that the air mixture over the reed tips, ensuring increased airflow for increased horsepower. The new design completely eliminates the need for screws, so when you do need to finally replace your worn reeds the job is literally... a SNAP. Boondocker Liquid Nitrous Kits

The Boondocker Nitrous System uses a patent pending nitrous manifold that injects nitrous before the carburetor into the air intake, while at the same time pressurizing the carburetors to increase the amount of fuel being vaporized. (EFI models use a Boondocker fuel control box to add fuel with nitrous) This results in an effective horsepower increase because the amount of nitrous being injected is matched by additional fuel. A push button switch located on the handlebars activates the nitrous giving an increase of up to 50 HP on some applications! The amount of nitrous being injected can be adjusted on the manifold so it can be set-up for different applications or riding styles.
