RXP Exhaust Manifold X-Tender Kit - Now Available

The R&D High Performance Exhaust Manifold Extender Adaptor Kit (X-TENDER) is a creative and unique product that was designed and developed while testing the R&D Superclutch and new R&D/Vortech high performance compressor wheels. The Sea-Doo supercharger and exhaust systems parts and J pipe are extremely difficult to get to and handle when they are extremely hot, and the exhaust systems J pipe that must be removed can be tricky on a cold engine. R&D needed to be able to remove and replace the supercharger in five minutes to be able to test products back to back in a timely manner, as well as the same day for accurate testing data. The R&D Exhaust X-Tender Kit allows the exhaust to be extended 1.5 inches which will move the water muffler back 1.5 inches creating enough room to be able to change out a supercharger (Hot) in 5 minutes. No more hassling with extremely hot exhaust pipes, water mufflers and V-band clamps! The X-TENDER kit installs easily using an additional V-band clamp. Install the R&D Exhaust X-TENDER kit in place and never hassle a supercharger change out again. Once installed and used you will wonder why the factory didnt build it this way! RXP Supercharger Surge Protector Kit - Now Available

The R&D Surge Protector Kit will significantly improve supercharger clutch and compressor wheel performance and reliability by eliminating compressor surge. Compressor surge is defined as the negative charge of pressure that causes turbulence in the supercharger that occurs during aggressive of off-throttle operations. When the throttle valve is abruptly closed at high rpms, the engine decelerates quickly down from 8,000 rpms, however the supercharger is compressing air (creating boost) as the supercharger has to decelerate from 42,000 rpms. This turbulence is the primary cause of undue stress on the supercharger clutch system and its components. The R&D surge protection kit utilizes an automotive vacuum assisted Bosch pressure blow off valve that automatically releases the unwanted intake pressure between the closed throttle valve and the supercharger. As soon as the throttle valve is opened, the blow off valve immediately closes and the compressor can supply its full boost potentials to the engine.

Manufactured from high-temperature silicone hose with an integrated molded riser for the blow off valve to function without hindering intake flow or velocity. The R&D kit Installs easily in place of the OEM rubber intake elbow joint. This kit is a very necessary and cost effective up-grade for all Sea-Doo supercharged watercraft. Kit comes completely assembled with silicone elbow, blow off valve, R&D B.O.V. filter, mounting hardware and instructions.

RXP Supercharger High Performance Clutch Washer Kit - Now Available

The R&D High Performance Supercharger Clutch Washer Kit is a direct replacement upgrade for the factory BRP O.E.M. ceramic clutch washers. The O.E.M. ceramic clutch washers are very fragile and prone to fracture and disintegrate, which can result in costly engine damages due to the broken ceramic parts entering into the engines oiling system and being pumped through the engine. The R&D High Performance Clutch Kit is manufactured from a high strength, wear resistant bronze alloy material that has a yield strength of 32,000 psi plus, and a Rockwell hardness of B95. The R&D Superclutch was designed to be able to wear over time without disintegrating under the stresses of the Sea-Doo superchargers high rpms (42,000) and high heat. The R&D kit will directly replace and out perform all existing aftermarket kits. The R&D Clutch Washer Kit is designed to not only improve reliability but also increase boost by decreasing clutch slippage. Sea-Doo RXP Powershot Adjustable Fuel Tuner - Now Available

R&D Performance Products, U.S.A. announces the release of the new R&D Powershot fuel injection tunning module and fuel controller. The R&D Powershot fuel injection tuner will deliver increased horsepower, acceleration, and stronger mid-range performance by delivering a higher performing air to fuel ratio (A.F.R.) to the engine. Many of todays high performance fuel injected four stroke muscle craft have a lean A.F.R. R&D Performance has tested, documented, and analyzed the O.E.M. fuel maps on every current fuel injected four stroke watercraft, and pre-programmed and coded the new R&D Powershot fuel injection control module to safely alter the O.E.M. fuel map to a higher performing and safer A.F.R. (richer). More horsepower, greater acceleration and stronger mid-range are the result when the proper A.F.R. is achieved and is tuned for optimum performance.

The R&D Powershot is fully adjustable on the fly (with the engine running, observed and tuned while riding), and will accommodate a wide range of adjustability to properly performance tune the A.F.R. for any combination of aftermarket parts. The R&D C4 Monster Wheel Kit will deliver a solid 11 plus pounds of boost pressure with a 3.5-4 pound per minute airflow gain. The R&D C4 Monster Wheel fits directly into a kit supplied O.E.M. X front compressor housing using a .060 compressor case spacer for a no modifications bolt on power upgrade kit. NOTE: The R&D C4 Monster Compressor Wheel delivers a 3.5-3.75 pound per minute airflow gain (approximately 35 horsepower at sea level). The C4 Monster Wheel Kit will work best in 3000 ft. plus elevation situations (such as Denver, Colo.) or high heat conditions (above 100 degrees) with the O.E.M. intercooler. For sea level use with rpms over 8100 and the C4 Monster Wheel Kit, R&D suggests that the X or aftermarket intercooler kits be used as high boost pressures and high air volumes can dead head into the O.E.M. intercooler causing compressor surge. For closed course or endurance racing use using the rotax racing E.C.U. where rpms are between 8250 and 8500, R&D recommends the use of the X model or aftermarket intercooler system. Tests have proven the O.E.M. intercooler to have restrictions at 23.5 pounds of air, or 9.5 pounds of boost at sea level and 60-80 degrees.

RXP C5 Monster Charger Wheel

R&Ds C5 Monster Compressor Wheel Kit for all Sea-Doo 215 4 Tec engines will deliver 40 X type horsepower to the 2004-2008 RXT/RXP Sea-Doos to significantly increase overall performance. The R&D Monster Wheel Kit replaces the stock wheels inefficient long inducer, 6 blade design, with a modern low profile, high flow 8 blade w/splitter design with a 2mm larger inducer and increased blade tip height. The R&D C5 Monster Wheel Kit will deliver a solid 11 plus pounds of boost pressure with a 4 pound per minute airflow gain. The R&D C5 Monster Wheel fits directly into a kit supplied O.E.M. X front compressor housing using a .080 compressor case spacer for a no modifications bolt on power upgrade kit. The increased inducer size and blade tip height allows more air to flow over the wheel thus producing more pounds of air flow per minute. The C5 Monster will require the use of the X, or aftermarket intercooler kits, and performs well on 91 octane pump gasoline. Boost rated 11/13 P.S.I. (11@8000 and 13@8500)

RXP-X Super Impeller Nose Cone

The R&D RXP-X Super Impeller Nose Cone was developed to replace the O.E.M. rubber impeller cone known to break, tear, or come unscrewed causing low speed impeller cavitation and top speed losses, with a shorter, stronger, higher performing design. Replace the O.E.M. rubber cone, or the long Solas cone with a shorter, stronger, higher performing billet aluminum design. The R&D Super Impeller Cone will promote overall impeller/pump performance and reliability.
